You know that part of every good movie... The sounds fading... A melody starts... The main character(s) looking for something.. or working.. or taking a walk.. leaves falling.. wind blowing in their hair..
It feels good.. For almost 4 minutes, every day.. Going home.. "21 Guns" playing in my headphones.. Being alone.. Remembering special moments..
I will be criticised again for being too romantic and dreamy.. :)
Well.. Here's a song I love.. David Letterman was the one who made me curious about it, so.. check it out, it's amazing.. :)

Hmm... Home again... Should be good, still it's not.
Slept no more than two hours. Woke up at 3:30am. Flew one hour, changed the plane and flew 4 more hours. Got home, took the car, two hours trip to the countryside. That's how yesterday was like.
Spain's not great. Not entirely, at least. But it's still better than Romania. Madrid is a crowded town with a stupid underground map. The good thing is that you can actually breathe there. I don't care about what people say, but I find that wasting time staring at some weird paintings is simply STUPID. The Prado Museum is not worth seeing. I have more beautiful paintings in my house. However, there is a very interesting place to see and that's the Royal Palace. It's amazing, I've seen a few of the rooms and I reckon it was the most wonderful place I've been to in the whole town.
Granada is the most beautiful place in Spain, there is no point in trying to describe it, too bad I couldn't visit Alhambra..
Who would have thought I could get to the UK? Not me, but I got there. Gibraltar is everything like the main part of the UK, except for the driving. Awesome. <3
When I first got to the seaside, I thought.. "Okay, the hotel looks like it's made of plastic, Spanish guys look awful, there are too big waves, the room is horribly decorated, it takes too long to get to the beach.."
It turned out (to my huge amazement and happiness) that I had the BEST room in the whole hotel, that the storm on the sea had ended and the waves were small and calm, that there were more foreign tourists than Spanish and that the road to the beach passed by an impressive oriental building and a small cute park.
I tried a kayak and took it far away from the beach.. I have seen monkeys, dolphins and wild parrots.. I have sailed on a pirate ship and jumped in the middle of the sea..
At the end of my trip I was really sad thinking I had to come back home. I left behind a wonderful place, the sea.. a piece of my heart.. two blue eyes..
Oh well, enough with dreaming, I have better things to do. Back in the same ol' misery.

Fairytale :)
This post is not going to be entirely a serious newspaper-like one. Simply because what I'm going to talk about has a strong shade of a fairytale.
Why do I repeat the word "fairytale"? Because "Fairytale" is the title of the song with which Alexander Rybak, representing Norway, won last night the Eurovision contest. Isn't it great? :D
I liked a few other songs, but when I heard him, everything was clear. He became instantly my favourite. No surprise, right? :))
In a few minutes I found out everything I needed to. (Hail Wikipedia =)) ) Alexander Rybak, born in Minsk, moved with his parents to Norway aged four. He's been playing instruments since he was five, so he's got his way with violin and piano. He reached the semifinals of the Norway's version of the Idol and won the talent competition Kjempesjansen with his own song, "Foolin`".
What else could you possily ask? He's a violonist, pianist, composer and actor from Norway. He composes his own songs, "Fairytale" included. He won the Heddaprisen for his role (the fiddler) in Oslo Nye Teater's production of "Fiddler on the Roof". He stars as Levi in the film Yohan directed by Grete Salomonsen.
Besides, he is very very very very cute and good-looking. :D
The song "Fairytale" and the way he and the modern folk dance company Frikar interpreted it, left me speechless. It was just... PERFECT!
The show was amazing. The music, the lights, the dance, the violin, the lyrics (oh, the lyrics..), his voice (:x:x), the girls` voice, the rythm, the fireworks, the drums, everything melted in and created a modern fairytale.
It was fantastic!
I really do NOT care what other people think of him, or if they like the song.
The facts speak for themselves. He won the Eurovision final, breaking the previous record of 292 points scored by Lordi in 2006. He finished with a grand total of 387 points, 169 more than the runner up of Iceland and 95 points more than the previous record holders. There is nothing more to say about his performance. :D
Below is the video, watch it and let yourself carried on the wings of magic. I will certainly do so. `Cause I'm in love with a fairytale!!! :x:x

No title. At all.
I figured out something. One of my biggest problems about posting here is that I can never find a title. Really. Never. It's frustrating.
Now... I know somebody who is going to be very happy about what I'm going to talk about and I shall get to the point. So... (I should be paid for advertising.) That somebody (I haven't asked for permission to use the name) told me once about a band. From Romania. I think I made a funny face at the time. By chance, I had enough patience to give them a try. And I listened to a song. To my huge surprise, I really liked what I heard, so I listened to a few more songs. They are one of the best bands in Romania.
The Amsterdams.
Now they have a new not-so-understandable video, though funny, and I like the song a lot. Here it is:
And, just for fun, "CUZ I'M SCOTTISH". =))
Hope you enjoyed the videos. I can't get enough of them. :))
Music again. Mika is going to release an EP, "Songs for Sorrow", on June 8th, but it is available for download in a digital version from today. Unfortunately, I am at the countryside and I cannot get it. Still, I am waiting for the album, as the music tours Mika posted on his former blog, now an interactive website, made me so curious that patience is hard for me to find. I will drive some people mad soon enough. :))
And, just to make my parents happy... I am looking for someone who would enjoy going to classical music concerts or to the theater. If whoever reads this wants to go or knows anybody who wants to go, just let me know. I do not think I can find someone who likes this kind of stuff, but it's worth the try. :)
I'll go play Puzzle Pirates. Again. :))

Random thoughts
As my birthday came, too many people got too enthusiastic. I really do not care about this specific day in my life (meaning the celebration of my birthday) and I got bored of being asked about what presents I want. My opinion is that if you request something, that is not a present any more. Not many people agree, but what can I do? :))
My biggest problem this week is this: why, on Earth, boys or men who look from good to fabulous with long hair, insist on keeping it short from time to time?! It seems to me that they are plain stupid. Some people know exactly what I am talking about and why I'm frustrated. :)) But I believe I am right and there is nothing that can make me change my mind. Okay, the summer is coming and it's too hot outside. Oh, really? Then I am supposed to cut off my hair? Or I should probably die because of the heat. I can take it, though, so I cannot understand why a guy couldn't. Especially when he looks good.
I can't wait for the release of Mika's new album.
My brother gave me a box of liqueur chocolates. I lovethem him. :))
John Higgins won the Snooker World Championship on Monday, which is fantastic. He was my favourite in the final against Shaun Murphy.
I like the songs of Leona Lewis. She has an amazing voice.
The English book is waiting for me, so I shall be going on with my lessons. Later.
